You’re posting daily, sending weekly emails, creating multiple offers, thinking about how you can make more money in your business while you’re in the kitchen making breakfast… frankly, you’re working way too hard for the amount of money and freedom your business is giving you.
And the frustrating part is, it’s not because this year hasn’t worked.
You signed clients this year. You’ve made money. You realized even more how much your work changes lives. You created better boundaries, said no more, said yes more, started looking at your money, and did things that scared the shit out of you.
And when you actually look back at who you were this time last year, you barely recognize yourself.
But then you look at the numbers and you’re not anywhere near the money goal you set for your business in 2026. And frustratingly, this isn’t the first October you’ve looked at your bank account and thought, “What the F did I do wrong this year?”
Because it’s not like you’ve been sitting around doing nothing.
You’ve been doing A LOT.
The problem is, all that movement isn’t translating into the amount of money or freedom you thought it would by now.
What moreeeeeee?
When you go to ask yourself this, you find yourself at your computer barely taking a breath. Your entire nervous system is jacked up on this adrenaline with nowhere to put it.
There’s this subtle tightness in your chest that seems to be there a lot these days. Your shoulders are kind of permanently stuck just below your ears and you barely even notice anymore. Your jaw is tight. Your whole body feels like it’s been holding tension for so long it’s just become normal.
And from that state, every new idea starts to feel like something you should probably do.
You decide you need a Black Friday sale because everyone else is doing it and you don’t want to miss out on all the “money to be made.”
You pull back on the mastermind you started launching in June and decide to just sell your 1:1. But then maybe you shouldn’t… because you want to scale. So you’ll keep the mastermind and kind of sell it. And then maybe add a low-ticket offer.
You decide to start creating TikToks and stay committed for four days. But when your views are low, you tell yourself people must not be interested in what you have to say and without even realizing it, you go two weeks without posting.
The reason it feels like you're on a hamster wheel is because none of these ideas are necessarily bad ideas. That’s what makes this so fucking confusing. Because Black Friday, TikTok, 1:1, a mastermind, a masterclass…any of them could work.
This issue is you’re trying to create your next level of money with the same operating system that created your current level: more effort, more ideas, more offers, more fixing, more proving, more working.
You don't know how to discern what actually needs your time and focus and what can wait. So you end up doing a little bit of everything, don't see the results fast enough, and then change the strategy and plan you decided on.
You confuse intentionally looking at your data to see what is working and what’s not working with making decisions from emotion and impulsive survival energy.
You decide you’re selling an 8-week offer. Six days into selling it, sales are trickling in and suddenly you’re questioning the decision you already made. Maybe it should only be four weeks. Maybe six. Maybe the price is too high. Maybe you need to change what’s included.
You go back and forth so many times that you lose the conviction you had in the offer in the first place. And when it doesn’t sell the way you wanted it to, you decide you must have made the wrong decision which makes it even harder to trust yourself the next time.
If sales are quiet for a week, you assume something has gone wrong because deep down, you thought you'd sell faster. Instead of looking at the data and tweaking ONE thing, you panic—post twice as much, add more emails, mentally back out of the offer, consider a lower-ticket offer or workshop, and start looking at what everyone else is doing.
If you have an afternoon with nothing on your calendar, instead of letting yourself be fucking done, your brain immediately starts scanning for what else you could be doing.
And when the money DOES start coming in, you don’t necessarily know how to stay with that either. You sign three clients in a week or have your biggest month in six months and almost immediately your brain moves the goalpost. “How do I do it again? How do I make next month even bigger? What if I can’t hold it? What if this ends? Should I launch something else while people are buying?”
And if something starts to feel too simple, too repetitive or God forbid boring, you assume you've outgrown it instead of asking whether this is the exact point where it finally gets a chance to compound.
Because knowing what to do isn't the same as having the nervous system capacity to keep doing it when the results aren't there yet.
Having the nervous system capacity to stay with it isn't the same as believing you're the woman who can absofuckinglutely make, receive AND HOLD $25-$50k months on repeat.
And believing you're her isn't enough if you're spending your time on 20 different things instead of the few strategic actions that actually move money.
That’s the part no one talks about: you need all three.
The regulation to stay steady.
The identity to believe, decide, and back yourself.
And the strategy to know exactly where your time and energy need to go.
AND HERE’S THE THING…
Every strategy you bailed on before you had enough data to know if it was working.
Every offer you changed because sales didn't happen as quickly as you expected.
Every project you got to 90% and never finished because starting something new felt safer than letting the finished thing be seen.
Every decision you made, reopened, changed, and then blamed yourself for when you couldn't create momentum behind it.
That's money your business had the opportunity to create.
But it's also the opportunity you never gave your nervous system to slowly learn that it's safe to stay when the outcome isn't guaranteed.
The self-trust and conviction you never got to build.
And the version of you, you never stayed with anything long enough to become.
And when the nervous system, identity, and simple strategy work together, making more money starts to feel very different.
You sign three clients in the same week — and you don’t immediately start wondering where the next three are coming from.
You have a $20K month — without needing twice the content, twice the offers, twice the calls or twice the hours to create it.
Something starts working and YOU LET IT WORKKKKK. You keep selling it. You keep getting better at it. You let your audience know you for it. You let the money compound.
And suddenly more money doesn’t automatically mean more work, more pressure, more decisions and more shit for you to manage. It starts to look like more money AND more room in your life.
This is what it looks like when you stop doing more
and start letting what works compound.
She started working with me in March.
By August 31st, she'd crossed six figures for the first time in her life.
As a single mom homeschooling three kids, the year before, her business had grossed around $63k total.
Her income was all over the place. She described it as “feast or famine”—$10K one month, then $1K, then $1K, then $5K, then $7K.
She had a shit ton of ideas and knew she could help people in a lot of different ways.
But that was part of the problem. She couldn't discern which thing deserved her energy.
She described it as “paralysis by analysis.” Too much information, too many directions she could go, and no clear answer to the question: “What is the thing that will get me paid again and again and again?”
SHE DIDN'T NEED MORE IDEAS.
SHE NEEDED A SIMPLE DIRECTION SHE COULD ACTUALLY STAY WITH.
We got clear on who she wanted to work with, what she wanted to sell, and what she actually wanted her business to look like.
But getting clear on the strategy was only one part of it.
Because you can make the most brilliant plan in the world and still blow it up the second it stops feeling safe.
So the work became staying with the decisions we'd made when her brain wanted to reopen them.
Not creating another offer because she had another good idea.
Not changing direction because nobody responded that day.
Not letting a quiet week become evidence that the whole fucking thing wasn't working.
She told me at the very beginning that what she wanted was to be able to say: This is what I'm doing. And even if nobody responds, I'm going to stick with it and let it compound.
So that's what we practiced.
A simple strategy she could stay with.
The nervous system capacity to stay grounded when the immediate evidence wasn't there.
And the conviction to keep being the woman who had made the decision instead of becoming a different version of herself every time the numbers changed.
AND THEN WE LET IT COMPOUND. Not by asking what else she could add—but by making more money from the direction we'd already decided on.
By August 31st, she's already crossed six figures for the first time in her life.
After making roughly $63k the entire year before.
She had an almost $30K month.
She made around $50K in July and August alone.
Nervous System. Identity. Simple Strategy.
Three things that have to work together if you want MORE without automatically creating more work, more pressure and more chaos to go with it.
INTRODUCING: RELAXED RICH
How to make more money in the final 80 days of 2026 by doing LESS of what keeps you busy and MORE of what actually makes you money without adding another offer, another strategy, or more hours to your calendar.
Because the goal isn't to squeeze 80 more days of work out of you before January.
It's to make more money from the business you've already built while becoming the woman who can create, receive and hold MORE without automatically creating more work to go with it.
Inside this 3-day training, I’m showing you:
— How to identify whether your nervous system, your identity, or your strategy is slowing your growth right now so you stop treating every problem like a strategy problem and changing your offer, messaging, content or entire plan when that might not be what needs your attention.
— How to recognize what’s happening in your body BEFORE it turns into a business decision so you can tell the difference between this actually needs to change and I'm uncomfortable because I don't have the result yet—and stop blowing up good decisions just to make the uncertainty go away.
— How to build conviction in the woman you're becoming before your current numbers agree with you so you can keep selling, showing up and making decisions from where you're going instead of becoming a completely different business owner every time sales are quiet.
— How to map out your actual 80-day Relaxed Rich plan including what you're finishing, refining, repeating, selling and not touching, your marketing and sales rhythm, your work/rest boundaries, and where something like Black Friday fits if it actually makes sense for your business.
LIVE WORKSHOP DETAILS
OCTOBER 12, 13 + 14 • 11:00 AM EST
Three live Zoom workshops. Replays will be posted inside Telegram, which will be our home base between calls.
This won’t be another training that leaves you with Zoom replays you’ll never watch that get buried in your inbox and even more overwhelm and pressure about WTF you’re supposed to do.
You’re leaving with your next 80 days mapped out and a way to stay with the plan when the holidays hit, your schedule gets busier, everyone starts talking about 2027, and part of you starts mentally moving on to 2027 before you’ve finished what you started in 2026.
